Merci!

Edited by Jack Winter; Google translate for those that don't speak French:

Hello,
Is Reaper accessible under Linux for blind people?
What development would be needed to make it accessible?
Thank you!

I haven't used it myself but I've heard good things about OSARA. https://osara.reaperaccessibility.com/

The person I talked to was using it in Windows, I don't know if it's plausible to run it in Linux, one of the real Linux wizards would have to chime in.

There may be an answer in programming a gaming mouse. You can hook up more than one mouse to a computer. Then use a screen reader for speech. Of course it might be a little limited, but doable? Making shortcuts for Reaper access on the mice. Or keyboard. You would probably need someone to set up the preprogramming of the mouse or keyboard.

Another option might be running reaper on a touch screen - then putting a plastic overlay on the screen and you can simply run it off of the screen. This seems like a real promising idea. It might have to be a larger screen. And might need some holes cut into the plastic screen overlay.
