Thank you again for HT!

First two columns indicate which CC effect you're automating. The next two are the value. Note that there are two CC modes. In one you get this view with the CCs all in one set of columns. In the second mode, you get a column per CC type (check enable CCs for channels > 0 in the options). In this mode, you can add CCs with CTRL + SHIFT + + followed by entering a numeric value. Depending on what you are doing, one mode might be preferable over the other.

Edit: I was able to enter different automation values while using helm so it seems it may be something related to partials (which is one of my absolute favorite sound sources by the way).

Huh, that's curious. Which parameter are you trying to modulate and how?

Heard about this a couple of years back but still haven't got round to trying it.
I'm going to install now and test it out.
I will most likely be lost though, as I've never used a tracker before.
Is there any tutorials about that would be handy? Even if it's not for this exact tracker but the workflow is similar it could help me wrap my head around the unorthodox workflow of a tracker.
Anyway thanks for your continued efforts on this.

It's on my to-do list to do a tutorial specifically for HT/Hackey Trackey Sample Playback, but it's been on there for a while
If you want a more tracker-ish experience, make sure you load the sample playback JSFX on the track where you are tracking.
Maybe someone else has a good suggestion.

Hi Sai'ke,
Hackey Trackey works great for me. The only problem I am having is with the harmonizer. CTRL + Click does not inserting chords to the pattern. Sometimes it does, but only once and will stop doing it again after one chord is inserted. I checked to make sure track record is armed. Any other ideas?
Edit: I can get it to insert chords, but have to click the MIDI item in the transport each time I insert one, as if it loses focus.

^^
For those using the companion sampler module, I added an auto-split feature. There's three different algorithms there. Depending on the material you have one might work better than the other. I may add more advanced algos (these are pretty simple) in the future, but for now it serves at least my needs.

Hello!
I am trying to understand live-recording into hackey trackey and am so far a little confused. When my track midi channel is set to all channels my keyboard inputs multiple notes and glitches out a bit. When i set it to midi channel 1 input seems to work well but not live-recording. When i click Rec at the bottom it switches my track midi setting to all channels again. I am using the track from global midi setting. Any help to get live-recording to work right would be appreciated. Thank you for HT!

Hello Saike, I might have asked this before, but is there any way to obey or incorporate swing? Or is it supported and I haven't found it? Thank you for still working on this great tracker
