Shame if he has - particularly for those who paid for VIP versions. Great set of scripts.

Well, at this point I'm really unsure how to take all this.
All the HeDa-Scripts are deeply weaved into my workflow and it would be a disaster
if they were discontinued at some point.
I'm really hoping, if Hector is losing interest, that he makes his scripts open source...

Thank you for worrying. Sorry for not being active in the community. I'm still alive in this Universe. But sometimes the simulation has bugs too. I haven't found any free time/motivation for the scripts recently.
I hope to get back to it sometime.
I have just noticed REAPER has LUFS rendering and LUFS metering now. very cool.

Great to hear from you. Glad you're ok. :-)
If you can, I think it would be great if you could just help out a few VIP members with their bugs. :-)

Is it possible to disable the console error that shows up if you're not using dpmeter?

I think enabling the "simple meters" option from the meters panel menu. next version will support the new LUFS-S and M modes of trackVU in the new version of REAPER by using the simple meters mode.
Also.. on linux you can install and use the VST2 version of dpmeter (instead the vst3 version) by enabling the use vst2 version option in TI settings

I guess DPmeter2 was for using under Wine.

I'm testing a new Linux installation and see if I can get it working. There are several bridges ton run windows vst plugins. yabridge, linvst, carla... I don't know which one is the best.

I forgot to reply here... just to let you know that yabridge works perfectly with the VST3 version of dpmeter and it works well with TI. No need for the VST2 version.
also.. I almost have ready a new update to support the new track meters modes in REAPER.. (RMS, LUFS-M, LUFS-S...) in the simple meters mode. If a track has one of these modes, the meter splits in two, at the left the normal peaks meters remain, and at the right you have the loudness meter. see gif (low framerate)

hey heda. kudos on your amazing app and scripts, they are next level! piano and music are great ways to help navigate through dark places...travel well!
i have one n00b question for HeDaMixer - how do i get the record arm buttons to show? i have a few spots where i sit in my music room and have an extra screen at them (or wireless via a tablet) and want to see the multitrack recording without having to undock the main mixer more it to that screen each time i change where i am in the room. the HeDaMixer is perfect for this, however i can seem to find how to add the record arm button?

Thank you.
It was supposed to be a simple additional mixer to control volume and meters, that's why it doesn't have rec buttons, but I could add it, like Track Inspector has.

Hey Heda
An ability to save snapshots per track (like in the SWS snapshots) it could make it much powerful
Also, Saving snapshots inside the track templates could be even more powerful!
why?
Instead of saving 2 or 3 versions of the same template with small changes, it could be nice to save just 1 with 3 snapshots inside it.
the track versions are nice but I don't use because it duplicates the track itself and change the track countings.
thanks for your amazing tools!

Track Inspector 1.4 rc110
Win 10
Reaper 6.36
Hi HeDa, for me it seems that TI blocks keyboard input (except for space bar) in this case:
Float an FX by left clicking on it in TI.
Close the fx by pressing ESC or clicking the standard close window icon in upper right corner.
Try a command (such as ? for action list) = no response.
After clicking somewhere such as on a TCP, then there is response again.
Also, if closing the floated FX with the command SWS/S&M: Close all floating FX windows (instead of ESC) then there is response as expected.
This issue does not happen when floating an fx in the native Reaper ways.
Thanks again for everything, you made TI really so great! It is certainly the most used Reaper script for me!

v1.4rc111 (2021-09-29)
small update
* v1.4rc111 (2021-09-29)
# fix Arrange focus after float FX. Thanks @ericzang [p=2484094]
# Change default setting to Simple Meters
# Linux fixing/tweaks
thanks ericzang, I think I have fixed the issue now.
included a "default_6.0dejavu" theme that works well on Linux using the DejaVu font. It should be used as default for new installations if detected to be using Linux.

Great thanks HeDa, it is working for me! I see that now when floating the FX from TI, the FX is not focused yet (title bar header is dimmed) and so trying to close immediately with ESC will not work. Of course, when the FX is clicked on anywhere ESC will then work. This is very minor and not a problem for me though, just mentioning it. Thanks again!

To install a TI Add-on: - Install it from the Manager as any other script.
- Go to Track Inspector Add-ons manager(search for the action or right click on the new top page name button "Inspector" and select Manage add-ons from the menu)
- Enable the add-on. Now it will be listed in the page menu as a new panel to show/hide
- Right click on the page button and enable to show the add-on on the current page.
PD: Right now there is only one Color palette add-on. I'll be releasing more add-ons later and tomorrow.

Wow Awesome!!! Really nice HeDa thank you!!
Just a couple little things I found while setting it up:
General panel settings:
Show Archive, Record, Inputs, & Icon seem not to be correlated as intended.
Sends panel settings:
"Show toggle sends button" not making that button appear

thank you
It should work now in 2.0.1... maybe you need to set the toggle sends button a couple of times until it gets the correct value.
Somehow.. I knew 2.0.0 wasn't going to last long...
* v2.0.1 (2021-10-05)
# fix General panel menu. Thanks @ericzang
# fix Sends panel menu. Thanks @ericzang

Hi, thanks. The entire interface is mini-mini-small on a macOS retina display. Is there an obvious way to bigify it that I've overlooked?

Try to go to the settings page and Theme button. and at the bottom.. Load theme from default... and select "Default_6.0 - 200.ti_theme" which has font sizes and icons at 2x the size.
I haven't tested it on Mac because I don't have a Mac so a screenshot of any possible issue is appreciated.

Here's an image to show the scale :-)
Thanks, I was able to find those things (with some difficulty) and now have it at the doubled size. Looks like I'll need to double the font sizes as well, but this is a good start. I can send you my settings when I have it looking good (if you want them).
EDIT: the tooltips are displaying at a wrong location (far down and to the right from the cursor). Is there a way to scale that position?

Hi Heda.... so it seems there is currently a problem with the server for your manager??? Is that correct? when I try to call it for the last couple of days it never loads the list of your scripts.

yes... try downloading the manager again from the website https://reaper.hector-corcin.com/app...cripts-manager
and replace the files. it should be v1.22 now and it should work

aren't the font sizes doubled already loading that theme? mmmm
In any case you should be able to match the font sizes and fonts to your REAPER theme
there is no setting to control the position of tooltips right now... It is the first time I see this issue reported. For now if it is very annoying you could disable the tooltips with the "?" button at the bottom.

thanks.... got the manager working again, but now TI v2 gives this error
__DEV__HeDa_Track Inspector 2 VIP.lua:21616: attempt to call a nil value (field 'TrackFX_GetParamFromIdent')
and now I notice that after that error shows, the 1.4 TI will not show the volume [meters] until I exit and restart reaper
edit: maybe I can't run both TI's at the same time???? or can I?

are you using the latest 6.37rc version? it would work well with final version of 6.37 or 6.36.
