Default Arturia KeyLab mkII Display Issue

I recently purchased a KeyLab mkII, when running Analog Lab standalone it displays the selected sound's name on its display.

This is also expected to work when Analog Lab is loaded into a DAW as a VSTi.

In Ableton Live it works but alas in Reaper it does not.

There appears to be some difference in how Reaper handles midi.

I noticed that there is a 'Send all keyboard input to plugin' option but this doesn't solve the issue.

Does anyone know what the issue is?
Does anyone have a solution for this?

SOLVED:

It appears to have been a misconfiguration of Reaper's midi.
My bad

no worries. I griped at Arturia for supposedly not fixing their MIDI sending technology but I guess it actually was fixed and I was just using a bad cable.

Default Keylab display problem

I'm having the same issue with Keylab not showing Analog Lab presets in the display while using it as a VST in Reaper. It works fine as a standalaone. Could you tell me how you configured your midi in Reaper that worked? Thanks.

In my case the issue was that I had disabled the 'Keylab II Midi Output'.

There is also a problem if you turn on the device after starting Reaper.
Ensure that your Keylab II is turned on before starting Reaper.
The reset all midi devices may also do the trick.

If you still have problems, post here again.
When I get to my system I'll post my midi config.

Best of luck.
