Default Level meters wobble on high buffer settings.

This has actually been present for as long as I remember, but since the importance is very low, I have not yet explained it here.

If I set my audio buffer to 4096 samples, all level meters wobble in a way that it looks like there is a really fast tremolo going on. The peaks seem to be showing correctly but they are very hard and tiresome to watch. At 8092 the tremolo is a lot slower, but existant. Buffer sizes from 64 to 2048 work normally. Audio is never affected in any way, the problem is purely visual.

My hardware is described at the signature. All drivers and bios versions are latest. Running Reaper 1.69 as of 2 minutes ago. )
