Default Input meters not clipping? 1.68

I just tried hooking a Line6 Toneport up, using ASIO, and while the input meter in Reaper showed less than a clipped signal - it was definitely clipped.

The Toneport meter seem to be right, but something is obviously wrong here....

I also couldn't get it to work 32 bit, only 24, even though the ASIO settings in the Toneport were set to 32...

Is that a USB device?

I just tried this with my device - a FireWire 1814 - and REAPER correctly showed the signal clipping when I overloaded the input.

Cheers,

Malcolm.
