Default_2.0 Theme - missing?

I did a clean (very clean) install of REAPER, for educational and documentation reasons. I was using the Default_2.0 theme, as it was the best I had found so far for piano roll MIDI editing. It had good grid lines between bars and quarter notes.

I could not locate it in the stash.

Thanks! I searched, but did not find it on my own. The V 3.78 had it and it works. Maybe it's time I learned to tweak a theme!
