Default Set custom global pitch envelope range??
Is it possible to set a custom +/- pitch envelope range that will remain consistent throughout the entire project?

Please see screenshot: here I can set the pitch envelope across a single clip, but not set this value across ALL media items...

Where am I missing this preference or setting?
