Default Batch convert to multiple formats

Would love to be able to cue up my masters and convert to MP3 and 44k WAV in one operation. Sound Forge batch converter has this ability, you can select your file format then hit "+" and then add another file format with its own naming wildcards.

WaveLab also allows for rendering to multiple formats in one command but one reason I never use it is because I like to use plugin dithers (instead of the DAW dither) and sometimes you need 16-bit/44.1k WAV, or 24-bit/native sample rate WAV, or for mp3 and AAC encoding there is no reason to dither.

This ends up requiring a different master section setting and/or sub-session with the appropriate dither setting anyway so rendering multiple formats at one time ends up not working out as well as it might seem. This, combined with the peak level changes after sample rate conversion just ends up making the batch processing to multiple formats a little messy.

Something for the REAPER devs to consider if they add something like this.
