Default Next/Previous Marker

I'm sure there's an easy answer for this, but I'm not finding it...

I have a control surface with next/previous marker buttons. It SEEMS like in using the default OSC template, when skipping to the next or previous marker in Reaper, it uses LAST_MARKER_xxxxx regardless of whether I'm skipping forward or backward.

Is there an OSC definition for Next and Previous Marker? The controller doesn't have any way to keep track of marker numbers, times or names, so I can't tell Reaper to jump to a specific marker or time, all I can offer is next and previous.

Thanks!

Possibly just assign the controller's < > buttons to "go to previous marker/project start" and "go to next marker / project end" in the Reaper Actions list. Pretty easy... set and forget. Hope that helps!

Thanks for your reply.
I'm working in OSC, is there an OSC command for Next/Previous Marker? That's what I'm trying to find.

Yes, you can trigger any action using OSC.
Go to actions list, you will see action number.
Action Markers: Go to next marker has number 40173.
You can send osc: /action 40173

Aha! Thank you very much!

Now I just need to find "go to beginning of recorded section" and "end of recorded section"! :-)
