Default Moving fxparameters in MCP but outside the "extended mixer" box?

Hello dear Reaper users.

I’m new to reaper and I enjoy a lot the way we can customize this software.
I just started to use WALTER for modifying reaper themes (mainly the mixer/mcp part)

My objective is to display the mixer (full screen), on a secondary (tactile) screen then:

- An F6 key press shows screenset #1. This screenset was previously saved with the "a01" mixer panel layout activated.
That Layout showing (with WALTER help) the classic mixers params (Volume, pan, mute, arm, vu-meter,…)

- An F7 key press shows screenset #2. This screenset was previously saved with the "a02" mixer panel layout activated.
That Layout showing only 5-6 FX params from track vsts (like params from eq, comp placed on every track)

So far, no probs for the screenset#1 part
But for screenset#2 part, I am only able to move and resize the mixer extended box (in my “a02”mixer panel layout)

So the question is, do you see a way to move and resize the Fxparams (& sends,…) outside the extended mixer box? And with the same freedom as we can move& resize the pan and volume knobs for exemple.
Of course, no need to be able to access to all fxparameter(of vsts inserted in the track) at the same time on the mixer, but the possibility to access to few (e.g. 16) user chosen parameter within the mixer will be interesting (at least for me :-) ).

Thanks and sorry for the bad English.
