I need help identify where is this colour in the pic modified.(!?)

For the world, I can't seem to find it anywhere, been at it for quite awhile now so why not ask the collective?

Thank you all for your help!

Think it is a windows thing\theme. Active\Inactive colour or something.
Reaper does not mess around with it though, as it is a GUI thing.

Use SecureUxTheme instead of UltraUXThemePatcher

I use Fluent for Windows atm

Default Close but no cigar (yet)

@Pashkuli

Indeed you are correct, it turns out it is a Windows property.
And guess what? Windows Aero scheme for THAT value is broken.

In AeroLite it works fine (yes, I dug VERY deep into this, unfortunately) but other GUI elements in OS are totally off so it is unusable.

@RogerDolk

Thanks for suggestion! I must admit, "make restore point" with exclamation mark does not bring much confidence yet, if you are using it than I just might give it a shot.

Visually photosensitive, like me and all others, are still to be addressed on a global scale I guess.

//Observation and sadness (instead of rant)

I just wish I knew what internal call Reaper uses to call THAT window, I just might identify it directly in registry (yes, there is a registry entry!) that I am still unable to correctly identify in trial an error process that is sooooo lengthy and painstaking). Maybe there is a resource here where a Reaper programmer could help me? Than, I'd just change that value(s) and move on.

Point here is, all of the sudden, this is FAR more complicated than it should be.
//Observation over (#Disabled #Inclusion #photosensitive)

With all that said, thank you both for your suggestions, they were both good pointers that I'm grateful for. (Still not solved tho')

Default SOLVED - Change inactive window colour

I just couldn't let it go.

Finally, made a search again and immediately, on first link, I got my answer.

I will post link here, to respect the author.

It is not the first time Microsoft devs. have done a dumb thing.
Not to mention the whole Windows OS is really clumsy.... but after 40 years it works somehow. I remember in WinXP we could do some changes to GUI, then it was gone.
