Default how to smoothly turn dialers in Effect presets?

I often strugle with dialers in Reaper...
I turn them using mouse.

I tried to click on diler and adjust it by left right arrow keys...
Just came to my mind... may there are other hot keys assigned by default to work with dialers in Reaper?

With mouse there are not accurate jumps when need to move presized one by one.

Thx.

Just hold down ctrl or shift while using the mouse on the dialer
