Default 5 Generations and 12 Years of Reaper - Congratulations!

Happy Friday!

A little bit of Reaper history here, see picture below of my three printed manuals, going all the way back to 2008 (version 2.4).

As you can see, it is no longer "a REAPER user guide". Now it is "The REAPER user guide". Very appropriate indeed.

Congratulations Nicholas / Geoffrey, and Team Reaper! To infinity and beyond!

meh . . . .

now it's just a distant memory, and a lesson on how things really didn't/don't need to be that way.

We must all be clearing out our studio paperwork! I just unearthed all my oldies, plus a whole bunch of stuff about building tube/valve amps, which is where I got the knowledge to build my Fender Tweed Deluxe years ago! Still havent put the grill cloth on or covered it in tweed, but it still sounds great.

Now you know why I am in the procrastinators thread on here!

You know what's funny, in all those years the user guide hasn't really mushroomed as the PT reference guide has (latest version is 1,514 pages, lord have mercy), even though the software has been tremendously expanded and improved over the years.

That's quite something.
