Default Delete a Project

Hi sorry for lack of basic knowledge about this. I have imported projects from Mike Senior's site to practise mixing and now want to get them out of Reaper (i.e delete not render to anywhere) but not sure what to do. In my Reaper Media files there seem to be a mixture of project files, backup project files and then further down loads of files for individual tracks. If I want to remove one of the imported projects from Reaper altogether which things do I need to delete and how is it done please? Thanks

you could get rid of all the audio files (as long as they aren't shared by other projects) by doing a "save as" and selecting the option to move source files to a selected folder. You can then delete this folder.

As for your project files, backups, peaks etc., i fear this is a manual job, unless you pre-designated particular folders beforehand, which it sounds like you didn't, unfortunately.
Hopefully someone knows a better way.

actually I'm not sure I understand. Does a project file not contain the audio files?
