Default What video-render settings to produce video compatible with Twitter?

With Reaper, I have been unable to produce video that Twitter accepts for a video-tweet. I never had this problem with Premiere Pro. I have VLC media player installed. Please spell out what I need to do to produce video compatible with Twitter?

And what was the exact encoding you used in Premiere ?
This could help selecting the equivalent encoding in Reaper.
I've never put a video on Twitter myself.
You may want to use Handbrake if you can't find a solution with Reaper alone but I would be surprised there is none.

I don't remember what encoding I used in Premiere, except that it was something basic and common. I'm no video expert. I no longer have the Premiere-produced videos, so I can't analyze them now. I'm not having this problem with websites besides Twitter.
