Default Aftertouch / Pressure curve

I love using aftertouch. But since the action is pretty stiff, the
channel-pressure curves are usually pretty rough.

I have one VST that allows the head of the aftertouch curve
to be smoothed out. And the result is just perfect for my needs.
(Memorymoon ME80, Aftertouch Speed)

I'd love to have the same aftertouch pleasure for other VST's and an External Synth.

Has someone ever made a JS that allows the head and tail of
channel pressure to be smoothed out in a similar fashion?
If not. Would this even be possible with JS?

From ReaRack3 in the stash here: https://stash.reaper.fm/v/34071/ReaR...dularSynth.zip try the Signal Processor module. It allows you to apply a curve to a MIDI or audio signal, among other things.

That looks really good. I played with the Signal Processor.
Changing the output curve seemed to change the signal.
But the "Output Curve Shape" slider didn't seem to do anything.
Maybe I'm doing it wrong. I'll play with it tonight.

Beware that most AT senders and most AT receivers only use normal CC (resolution 128 steps). Hence modifying the curve will reduce the total count of possible values (even though AFAIK the signal processor module is able to deal with high resolution CC (16348 steps).

The effect of the "Output Curve Shape" slider depends on which "Output Curve" you have chosen. For some (linear, sine, volume curve and bipolar audio) it does indeed do nothing.
