Default Midi Chord pivoting (not inversions)

Not sure whether Reaper offers this functionality but perhaps there's a script somewhere?

Use Case
In the Midi Editor I'd like to be able to select a chord e.g. C major (C, E, G) and using the E as the pivot flip the C and G chromatically resulting in Db, E, Ab.

This is available in Logic so I would expect it's doable in Reaper.

Many thanks in advance.

Hi, can you elaborate more on the specifics or how the algo should work? Or some more examples with some edge cases included? Do you use mostly the piano roll or the notation?

It most certainly does. Many thanks.

Is there anyway of running this on a selection of notes in the MIDI Editor rather than as a plug-in on the whole track?

Yes, if it converted to a ReaScript and enhanced.

A JS FX cannot tell if a note is selected.
