is there a preset for slowing video files down?
been toying around making simple videos for my tracks in Reaper.
was wondering is there a preset in Reaper for slowing videos down? |

Yeah I’m not sure it’s possible in a video processor preset, but if so it would be pretty devastating to RAM and CPU and way over-complicated to code. It’s just not worth it. Do it at the item itself. Alt+Left drag is one way, but you can also adjust the playrate in item/take properties. If it’s only video (audio comes from other tracks), then the preserve pitch checkbox doesn’t matter much except I think leaving it off is more efficient, so that’s probably your best choice.

Alternatively you can set the play rate in item settings (f2 on selected item)
