setting BPM not working

Hi:

I've setup my own server and was using !vote bpm 150 (for example) to change the bpm. It was working before but now doesn't seem to work (same problem with bpi). I have to stop the server, edit the config file's DefaultBPM property and then restart the server. Any idea what could have happened where it isn't changing bpm? I'll send the config file if you think it is necessary.

OK, figured it out--the command seems to be different for administrators:

Users: !vote bpm 100
Admin: /bpm 100

That seems to work but correct me if that isn't exactly correct or there is more to the story. Found answer here:
