Default Focusrite drivers Heads Up

Looks like drivers have been updated inc older hardware.
Got this via email but not tried it yet.

"This release brings the 1st Generation Scarlett Range, iTrack Solo and Saffire 6 USB 2.0 up to the same driver versions as the 2nd and 3rd Generation Scarlett ranges and the Clarett USB range."

Kudos to Focusrite for releasing updates to their old (discontinued?) products.

Bloody shame they didnt do this way back when I had a Saffire 6 followed by a 1st gen 2i1 AND a 2I4, none of which worked right despite endless faffing around with Focusrite tech support.

Pity as I always liked the sound out of the focusrites when they worked. keep thinking about all the time & money wasted....
