Quintuplets, septuplets, nonets etc can be done in the MIDI editor I found out by punching in the right measure into the Grid option at the lower left corner of the editor, however remembering those measures off the top of my head can be a bit of a pain in the butt - I'm hoping for an option to add them permanently for functionality like you can see in this doctored image I put together.
I'm always experimenting rhythmicly with my productions and would find this feature super useful, anyone else? Not sure how to implement it exactly in terms of adding the custom measures, maybe a right click of the Grid box could bring up a dialogue that says "Save current division to bank" for example.
