Sync TCP track select with "centered" MCP

Does anyone know of a way or action to do this:

I have 2 computer monitors - one showing the TCP, and one for the MCP.
If I select a track in the TCP that is not currently visible in the MCP, it'll be highlighted and visible on the far left or right of the screen.

Is there an action or way to have that "off screen" selected track (in the MCP) show up in the middle of the screen?
