shift+mouse instead of ctrl+mouse (for accuracy)

is there a way to adjust faders accurately with shitf+mouse instead of default ctrl+mouse ?

all softwares (vst or other DAW) use shift, reaper doesn't ?

I agree, I don't think there's a way but having CTRL+drag instead of SHIFT+drag to fine tune settings has been one of the most misleading things when I started approaching REAPER. And I don't think there's a way to swap CTRL and SHIFT currently.
