Soundtoys LittleAlterBoy not recognised after v6.70 update

Year-long lurker, first time poster- please be gentle- if I've posted the wrong thing in the wrong place let me know and I'll make amends
Re-installed LittleAlterBoy yesterday; after it not working a couple of times for reasons I wasn't clear on, then just deciding to start working, I got it up and running and used it in a project.
Today after Reaper update it's not seeing it. I've reinstalled, scanned for new plugins in fx menu, so I'm just baffled now.
I have a paid for version of LittelAlterBoy, but had the same issue attempting to install the Soundtoys bundle as a trial, I'm wondering if something's happened there.
Both products are showing as licensed on the Ilok.
