Default option to not seek when double-clicking markers for editing

currently, Reaper performs seeking when I double-click a (regular) marker during playback to edit its properties. Please add an option to not perform seeking in this situation. I'd prefer playback to continue during editing.

As a workaround, rightclick -> Edit Marker should work.

But yeah, mouse modifiers for markers and regions would be nice, so we could customize that behavior.

you're right, no seeking when right-clicking the marker - thanks for the hint, mespotine! So why is seeking happening when double-clicking the marker
