?? how can i open fxp files in REAPER please ??

hello everybody

i'm having troubles using .fxp files with Reaper:

i have patches in .fxp format that i should use with my plugin Massive (for
example), but i can't find the way to do it...

i found it in ableton: i have to open the files in the FXchain of a channel in wich the VSTi is open, but i can't find a similar manipulation on Reaper

i know it's possible, i've read that Reaper supports fxp files ...

could you help me ?
