Default Struggle with SNAPPING

Hi guys

I've been authoring Guitar Hero and Rock Band charts recently, and sometimes I edit existing ones (to add double bass, for example).
The problem is: when I open the notes.mid on Reaper, many of the notes are not snapped to the grid. They are placed in a position 0.0.01 BEFORE the grid!
You can see that in the attached image.
How can I fix this? I can't snap every single note manually, that would take an eternity!

Thanks in advance...

Hello Tioso and welcome to these forums. You'll find many helpful people here and a lot of useful information.

It seems odd that some notes (e.g. at 3.1.50 and 3.2) are on position, but others are off. Selecting all the notes and Quantising (MIDI Editor: Edit menu) might sort it out

Also, can you (zip up and) attach a short MIDI file so we can have a look at it?

Thank you! It worked!
The notes were displaced because of EOF editor. I asked about this issue on another forum and they said when I save notes.mid using this editor, the notes lose up to about 0.5ms of timing due to conversion from MIDI timing to real timing, then some of the notes are displaced as a result...
Now I can easily fix this, so THANK YOU AGAIN!
