ReaControlMidi - On Reaper Startup it should send Bank+PRG

Hi

After loading a project, I want a ready setup that send to all my midi hardware synths (a lot of) the prepared Programms, Banks, Volumes and Pans.

In Emagic/Apple Logic I has for every Midi-Track/Instrument a Box that sends the data after loading the project ... in Repaer it seems that i can use ReaControlMidi.

How can I prepare Midi-Tracks that ReaControlMidi sends the data after start of Reaper?

ReaControlMidi sends only the data of the Midi-track that is at start active marked. (with setting auto ready for recording "a")
