Is there any way to do something like Live's MIDI learn in Reaper?

I basically wanna record fader movements on a synth without having to go through the massive list of parameters and guess which one I need to arm!

Cheers

When the envelope dialog is displayed there's a "learn" button beside each envelope - I've not used that myself but it looks like the first thing to try.

that's the page I'm trying to avoid!... I've got some synth with hundreds of parameters - in live I just click MIDI learn, click on the knob I want to move, move a MIDI controller and bosh, I have control.

In Reaper the only way I've found so far is to go through that MASSIVE sheet of parameters searching in vain for the one that I need ... :/

Any easier way to do it or should this be in the FR forum?
