I have a similar problem to the OP. Also using Asio4all with Realtek High Definition Audio on Windows 7 laptop. Guitar input using Ubisoft Rocksmith Realtone Cable into USB.

In my case, I can see audio input on record, but I can't hear any audio output. However, if I go ahead and record a sample section, I can then play back the recording, and the playback does output - I can hear it. So Asio4all is inputting and outputting to the correct devices, it just won't output in real time as I play. Any thoughts on this?
