This theme is really a Max and WhiteTie mashup.
It uses White Tie's 'Cornish' (mcp_volthumb) and his 'Elevator' theme (mcp_panthumb), along with a heap of Max's 'Paula1.5' theme and some buttons from Max's 'nomolitic' theme.
