In short: the way tracks are displayed and processed in TCP and MCP has been heavily optimized so that we can have larger track counts with less CPU usage, but this broke how you did your mouse context calculations. Justin fixed some of that and there's a SWS build on LoL with those fixes (and there's also some new APIs to access track data in TCP/MCP, etc.).
