Don't know whether you still have the problem, but if you have, here's what I think:

The paths you listed in your last post look Ok, don't think it's due to them.

You could have a look through your Reaper.ini file with a text editor, just to see if there are any paths pointing to your C drive.

Lastly, one method that should avoid that type of problem altogether, is if you install Reaper as a "portable" install (tick box on the install screen). Same functions, same software, but all the config and ini files are stored in one directory, which you can actually copy to any location you like. And you can still store your project files on an external disk, and load existing projects.

In any event. tell us if you have fixed your problem doing something specific, so we can all learn.
