Just looked at a couple of videos on You Tube about installing the Guitar Link and they all showed them installing the Behinger USB and ASIO drivers instead of using ASIO4All.
Not sure if that's the problem, but usually when you're installing a new device, if that device comes with software/drivers from the manufacturer, it's best to install that.
If you haven't done it yet, check out some of the videos on You Tube and see if you see anything in there that might help.
