Actually, since the subwoofer has low-level outputs, you don't need a splitter.
Connect your interface to the subwoofer (RCA) inputs.
Connect the subwoofer low-level (RCA) outputs to your monitors. (The subwoofer apparently has a full-crossover built-in so the low-bass to the monitors can be blocked, and that's a good thing!)

I mean you'll need adapters (or adapter cables) because you've got a mixture of RCA, 3.5mm, TRS, and XLR connectors.
