is the midi fighter twister output enabled in the reaper midi preferences? (let's forget the smart knob feedback for now and try to get Realearn's feedback to work)
and yeah there was a realearn update, select the mf twister for both input and output.
check and make sure the output is enabled and we will go from there.

I've enabled output and input in the MIDI Devices menu in REAPER.
Does it matter if the ID's are different? I've made them the same for input and output.
How will I know that feedback is working for the MF Twister with ReaLearn?
Should I connect it to the FaderBox plugin or leave that for now?
Also, I've made ReaLearn an insert FX plugin for now, or should I go for the faderbox + ReaLearn as an input FX for testing?
