when I click the tracks，the buttons 'M','S' and record arm,four different sounds come out. So what is that？ I can't find how to close it.I need help!

After setting to default theme,
option---theme---default
those sounds still appear.
After importing the default configuration for reaper,those sounds will disappear and everything will return to normal.
so,I think the sounds are in 'i logic v3' configuration.
