I searched around in here and on the net and can't find the info I'm looking for, which is . . .

Can you save the patchbay routing in Carla?

I figured out how to get it to work as a stand alone host, but it loses the midi and audio routing every time I close it. Starting it back up requires me to connect audio and midi back up before I can select an instrument and play it.

I just want to be able to pop open Carla, load some VSTi plugin and start jamming around without having to lace it back up for audio and midi every time.

Also, I am using ALSA and do not have JACK installed. REAPER is working so well with ALSA I don't want to risk screwing it up by installing JACK either.
