i ve played my share of cheap gibsons over the years in guitar shops
and I was never that impressed

i got my guitar from a repair/set up guy though
and the responsiveness of the kneck and feel and ballence intonation
and look....its a perfect guitar for me

its really like the diffence between playing guitar and being a guitar player. Its an actual instument

The OP was just out of curiosity,..i dont even "own" a distortion pedal
