In case someone else have this problem, I've now found where the latency is coming from. It's from my Lexicon MX300 digital reverb that's in the rack. I had no idea its signal would still go through digital circuit when it's in bypass mode. I thought in bypass it would switch to analog circuit output. I guess I expected too much for something that costs "only" $400.
