in this case, yes, but I believe the issue would likely happen when the total amount for all layouts in the
RTCONFIG hit a certain number.
IOTW, the same issue will likely occur if you now added more layouts the
TCP and
MCP master layouts and/or the
ENVCP and
TRANSPORT layouts.
It looks to me like the number layouts of any combination will cause the issue once the sum total number of all layouts hits a cetain amount.
Again, I haven't tested that far yet, but I suspect it will be true.
