I use both.

Melodyne isn't able to create vibrato or smoothly ramp up or down between 2 notes. The user interface is easy to use and you can quickly change a note's timing and pitch.

Auto-Tune allows you to draw the pitch and vibrato, so you can ramp notes up and down and add vibrato to the tails of notes, so they sound natural and not stepped and robotic.

If Melodyne could draw vibrato and draw ramps up and down between notes, it would be the best pitch correction tool available, IMHO.
