Klinke: is there any other way to open the mcu windows without using the control surface? it would be a very nice addition if we could make shortcuts for your mcu windows and then dock them in the Docker.

Just a guess but could be due to the BCR's deadtime setting.
Have a look at this thread and see what's your current dead time is and try setting it higher for a test.

It sounds like it could be whats going on. Do know where i can find a list of the sysex mcu commands so i can try and hack it up
