Yeah, I have heard stuff along this line as well, so I'm interested to know as well.
And yeah as ivansc said, this CPU has been around for a while now, I guess i'm curious if it's worth the price to upgrade to an i7 of the same socket or just holding out until I upgrade to a whole new system.
