If you set the grid divisions
then make an action with these
Navigate: Move edit cursor right by grid
Edit: Split notes
Edit: Shorten notes one grid unit
But it can be all made up in Lokasenna's GUI with drop downs to choose where to split and set the length.
Not sure if
Midi Guitar Chord Tool did it.
They maybe something else already made to do this.
