one thing I have noticed about playing drums is that it warms me up. I live in the Great Frozen North.
for me, warm is good.
also, I have some pains in this aging body. I have found that drumming is helping with that too. thank heavens!!

I have many pains in this body of mine too. If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend Krill oil. I take 1000mg in the morning and 1000mg at night and most of my joint and tendon pain has gone completely. It is wonderful stuff!
