The app really isn't doing anything you can't already do by a simple drag and drop from Windows Explorer straight into REAPER.
One thing that could be useful is what Larry is saying in post #1, being able to set the order how files are added. What I did was add a column that stores an index number (use plus and minus keys, or context menu to change) which you could then sort to get any order you want.

Ran into a REAPER bug, if filename has a "#" char then REAPER fails to add the media,
reported bug here.
