Default macro help

hello everybody,
i'm rather new to reaper but liking it very much already!
The macro possibilities look very interesting to improve workflow.
i'm looking for help to create a macro(s) that does the following:
i have a drumtrack and recorded a guitarriff over it that i played for example 20 times. I choose the best loop by setting the timeselection.

ideal macro (in normal terms :
* cut out the selected loop en delete all the rest
* create a tiny fade in and fade out to avoid clicks
* put the loop where i originally began to record and paste it 10 times then select all items so i can move easely.

macro that i got so far :
* item: trim items to selected area
* item: render items to new take
* move cursor to end of time selection
* copy item
* paste item

problems:
* i really want to delete the source from the harddrive and just keep the selected loop.
* there are no fades
* start of copies should be at beginning of song
* item is only copied one time (could use ctrl-d macro to duplicate as many times as i want)

probably there is a much better way to achieve what i want
using autocrossfade and a bunch of other stuff that i don't know about yet

any ideas to help a noob?
