You can try always try to change global_scale of a skin on your own.
If you have luck, only bitmap gfx will be a bit blurred (so it's better to start with 200% theme though) and volume sliders will require some modification (those are not scaled for unknown reason).
But I have to admit, in most cases there might be some issues which comes from not enough precision in elements aliment, which are just not visible in original theme.
